What You Can Do with Coach
Coach can help you turn an idea, question, document, or sales conversation into something useful. Start with what you want to accomplish. You do not need to know which Sales Coach Pro feature to use first.
Build and improve your sales work
Section titled “Build and improve your sales work”- Create or improve a Playbook. Try: “Help me turn our discovery process into a Playbook my team can practice.”
- Create a Scenario. Try: “Create a Scenario for an upcoming closing conversation with a finance leader who is concerned about price and investment.”
- Build a Learning Path. Try: “Build a Learning Path that teaches discovery fundamentals and gives my team several Scenarios to practice.”
- Create teaching material for a Learning Path. Try: “Add a short lesson on asking useful follow-up questions before the next practice step.”
- Update Company Knowledge. Try: “Add this new pricing information to our Knowledge Base so future coaching uses it.”
Coach prepares drafts and asks for approval before saving changes to your Library or Knowledge Base.
Add context and research
Section titled “Add context and research”- Ask Coach to search the web. Try: “Search the web for current challenges facing regional insurance agencies and help me prepare for the conversation.”
- Attach a transcript or notes. Try: “Review this conversation and tell me what I handled well and what I should practice next.”
- Attach a PDF or proposal. Try: “Use this proposal to help me prepare for the questions the customer may ask.”
- Paste public information about someone you are meeting. Try: “Use this LinkedIn profile to create a realistic practice Scenario for my upcoming conversation.”
Files and pasted information give Coach context for the current conversation. Ask Coach to add information to Company Knowledge when you want it available for future coaching.
Review one conversation
Section titled “Review one conversation”- Understand what happened. Try: “Review my latest conversation and show me where the direction of the conversation changed.”
- Get coaching feedback. Try: “What did I do well, where did I lose clarity, and what should I try differently next time?”
- Turn a real moment into practice. Try: “Create a Scenario that helps me practice the objection I struggled with in this conversation.”
Find patterns over time
Section titled “Find patterns over time”- Compare recent conversations. Try: “Review my recent conversations and identify any patterns in the questions I ask or the objections I struggle with.”
- Look for practice opportunities. Try: “Based on my recent practice, what is one skill I should work on next?”
- Improve your sales process. Try: “Here is how we currently handle discovery. What should we clarify, change, or practice more consistently?”
Coach bases its answer on the conversations and Sales Coach Pro resources you are allowed to access. If there is not enough information to support a conclusion, Coach may ask for more context.
Ask how to use Sales Coach Pro
Section titled “Ask how to use Sales Coach Pro”You can also ask Coach where to complete a task or how a part of Sales Coach Pro works. Try questions such as “Where do I connect my conversation source?” or “What is the difference between a Playbook and a Scenario?”
You can keep refining any result in the same conversation. Ask a follow-up question, add context, request a different direction, or turn the result into practice when you are ready.
