Set Up My Account

Setup gives Coach enough context to understand your business, the sales conversations that matter, and what strong performance looks like. If you added your website during onboarding, Sales Coach Pro is already building your starting Company Knowledge in the background. When you have real conversations, bring them into Review so coaching can be grounded in what actually happened.

The Welcome page can build your starting Company Knowledge while you continue setting up the app.

  1. Choose Yes, scan my company website on the Welcome page.
  2. Enter your company website. A domain such as yourcompany.com works; you do not need to add https://.
  3. Select Start My Trial after completing the rest of the form. Sales Coach Pro starts scanning your website’s public pages in the background, so you can begin using the app immediately.
  4. Review your Company Knowledge later. Open Settings and select Knowledge to review what Sales Coach Pro learned. Add or update anything the website did not cover, then select Save.

Coach can guide the setup conversation and save useful Company Knowledge after you approve the change.

  1. Open Coach.
  2. Select “Help me make sure Sales Coach Pro is set up.” You can also type the same request into the message box.
  3. Answer Coach’s questions about your business. Describe what you sell, who you help, how your sales process works, the conversations you have, and what you and your team want to improve.
  4. Add useful context. Paste information into the conversation or select Attach files to Coach message, then Add files, to share a relevant file. If your organization approves another AI tool and the information is safe to share, you can ask it for a summary of your business and sales process, then paste that summary into Coach. Do not include confidential, restricted, or customer data.
  5. Review each proposed Knowledge Base change. Coach does not save durable Company Knowledge until you approve the change.

Your Knowledge Base applies across the organization. It gives Playbooks, Scenarios, Practice, and Review a shared understanding of your business. Team Knowledge can add context that applies only to one Team.

Recorded conversations are optional. When you have them, they give Sales Coach Pro direct evidence of what is happening in real sales conversations.

  1. Open Review and select Upload Call.
  2. Choose Upload Audio/Video or Paste Transcript.
  3. Add the recording or transcript. You can optionally choose a Playbook. If you do not choose one, leave Let Coach choose selected.
  4. Select Analyze. The conversation opens in Review while analysis continues in the background.

Open Settings and select Integrations to see the conversation sources available to your organization. Available integrations depend on your account. Webhooks can receive conversations from supported recording tools and automation platforms.

If the source you use is not available, upload an audio or video file or paste a transcript instead.

Return to Coach and describe an important sales conversation, a place where people get stuck, or a skill you want to strengthen. Coach can help you decide whether to use an existing Playbook or Scenario or create something new.

Useful starting questions include:

  • “Help me decide what sales conversations to practice first.”
  • “What should you know about our sales process before creating practice?”
  • “Create a Scenario for a tough conversation coming up.”

Playbooks describe how a sales conversation should go and what you and your team are coached toward. Scenarios describe the situation and person for a specific practice conversation. Learning Paths organize guidance and practice into a structured way to build skills.

Use Members to invite people and manage their organization access and license. Before using Teams, open Organization settings and turn on Teams. Then use Teams to organize people, knowledge, and practice around a specific group.

If you are using Sales Coach Pro by yourself, you can skip this step.

What happens next

After the website scan finishes, Coach can use your Company Knowledge to make its guidance and generated practice more relevant. Real conversations give Review evidence for feedback, and you can keep improving the Knowledge Base as your business changes.

  • If the website scan fails, open Settings, select Knowledge, and scan the website again. You can also add Company Knowledge manually or ask Coach to help you build it conversationally.
  • If you cannot see Knowledge, Integrations, or Members, ask an organization Administrator to complete that part of setup.
  • If an integration is not available for your account, upload a recording or paste a transcript from Analyze Call.
