Start with Coach
Coach is available whenever you need help deciding what to work on, understanding a sales conversation, or finding the right place to complete a task in Sales Coach Pro.
You do not need to know which feature or type of content to use. Tell Coach what you are trying to accomplish in your own words. Coach can ask questions, use relevant information you have access to, and help you choose a useful next step.
Ask in your own words
Section titled “Ask in your own words”Try questions and requests such as:
- “What sales conversation should I practice next?”
- “Help me understand this conversation and what I could improve.”
- “Where do I connect a conversation source?”
- “How do I create a Playbook?”
- “What is a Playbook, and when should I use one?”
- “Help me make sure my account is set up.”
You can continue the conversation, answer Coach’s questions, and adjust the result as you go. You do not need to fit everything into the first message.
Use the context you already have
Section titled “Use the context you already have”Coach can use relevant Company Knowledge and the Sales Coach Pro resources you are allowed to see, including Playbooks, Scenarios, conversations, people, Teams, and Learning Paths. If the answer depends on information that is missing, Coach may ask you for more context.
You can also paste information into the conversation or attach a relevant file. Do not upload information that your organization does not allow you to share.
Review before saving
Section titled “Review before saving”Coach may prepare a draft when you ask it to create or substantially change something. Review the draft and make any adjustments in the conversation. Nothing is saved to your Library or Knowledge Base until you approve the save action.
After a successful save, Coach will confirm what changed and where you can find it.
Keep asking
Section titled “Keep asking”Return to Coach whenever you are unsure what to do next. You can ask a direct product question, work through a sales challenge, revisit setup, or turn an idea into a Playbook, Scenario, or draft Learning Path.
